The good news is that it's now working! The change in the additional processing field helped. One last issue, I promise—and it's minor!
For some reason when you try and enter a custom path to the php_toolkit and save the configuration page it doesn't take the change. Other changes are saved fine, just that one isn't. Can you look into that? Sorry for yet another issue. :)

Fixed in CVS, will release a new version in a few days.
