Administration Menu module pushes down the title without pushing down the blossoms

See screenshot. The "workaround" is to disable "Adjust top margin" in Administer > Site configuration > Administration menu, though this will place the title underneath the menu. Is that acceptable for people with access to the Administration Menu drop-downs?
