Desipite giving permission to anonymous users to create content, they cannot do so. The "create content" menu item does appear.

This bug has been confirmed by jakeg. Thanks for his help confirming it.

On HEAD at the moment this applies ANY user role. e.g. If you give Authenticated users the permissions to "create pages" and "create stories", when they log in, the menu items appear, so the menu access is fine, but when you click through to e.g. node/add/story you get a denial message!
