TinyMCE removes all html tags

Hi, I'm try'ing to paste a text from Word or Excel to TinyMCE, and TinyMCE removes all html tags, even bold and italic styles. I don't use "Paste from Word" button, why it happens?

I use the last Wysiwyg modul and last version of TinyMCE
