We need an experienced Drupal developer/consultant to create a media portal. We looked into phpnuke but prefer the features of Drupal.

Additional details are as follows:

- The portal primarily will be one where artists (musicians, comedians, film
producers) can upload their work (music, films, videos, etc.)
- There should be option to pay to upload their work (will be free intially, but will pay in the future)
- Members should be able to rate the work
- Members should be able to view films, etc. without having to download a media player, with the player embedded within the site.
- The site will feature an online film festival...members could enter an area of the site to watch films (rather than download individual for download section, members would 'click to watch')
- Pay to access premium content
- Classified section to enable member to post "For Sale" "Wanted to Buy" notices

We need this done urgently, and request quotations/information as soon as possible.

That is a tricky one to do cross platform. Most people seem to be using flash for this. Is that acceptable for your application?
