In trying to use the module in an install profile, using drupal_get_path causes errors. This patch fixes it to behave exactly the same, but also be compatible with install profiles.

The patch found at #794436: swfobject.js file location also fixes this issue as it relies on the Libraries API to verify the existance of the swfobject library.
