I have a site with facebook style status, views, voting api, menus, quicktabs, and panels. I flip back and forth between two pages with debug on. I only very rarely see the page being cached, and if it is it's always listed as 'first time'.

Is this module something that's helpful for me or would it just not work for me? Thanks. I'm using the APC engine.

This module probably isn't suitable for pages with a lot of dynamic and user-centric content.

For what is it used for then? Why at all use it and not just use Boost module which also can't do much for dynamic content? Just want to know what would be best use scenario?
