Lemontwist theme

I would like to slightly modify the lemontwist theme. Out of the box the primary links align themselves along the top in the header. I would like to limit how far the tabs go to the left. The code says align right but as I add more links they stack up and run into my logo. Can I limit how far left the tabs go and force a new row? Or can I create a block to the left of the content where all links go? I guess I just don't understand how to accomplish this.
