Co-maintainership

Steve McKenzie wrote me to ask me to co-maintain the Watchdog live module. There is a patch ready to port the module from D5 to D6, so we can get the module up to speed.

Steve, I need you to comfirm this because I need to apply for a CVS account (read that this issue was necessary here: http://drupal.org/cvs-application/requirements ).
