Issue Summary
Nicolas,
Not sure if you can answer this or not, but I thought I might see if you can.
I'm using Drupal core Aggregator for inbound news feeds.
I have them set to auto-delete in 4 weeks.
How does Global Redirect and Google react to that action?
thanks

Global redirect only works for valid paths. If content doesn't exist, there's really not much it can do.
