Translation and the po file relates to the development of new modules. Wouldn't it be better to find it back under "Development" in stead of the very generalist "Other"? Please consider this change.

See, this debate already happened with a different end result: #326266: Add potx to Multilanguage package. It is related as much to the development of new modules as it is to translating sites. Since more people translate sites then develop modules (no numbers to prove but can imagine), it seems to be more logical to cater to those, who translate.
