The subscribe checkbox is not adding to the registration page. I have it checked on the module admin page but it doesn't show. The only other registration related module that I have installed is Captcha. Would this conflict with the Campaign Monitor module?

Hi kambing-gila, when you said "you spoke too soon", did you mean your problem was eventually solved, or the problem is still there? Because I'm seeing the same problem too, that the checkbox does not show up in the registration form, wondering if it's just me or it's indeed a bug.

I meant that I terms of service installed in addition to captcha, Campaign Monitor indeed does not show the checkbox on registration for me

Check the user permissions for "join newsletter" is ticked for anonymous.
There is a bug which allows the display of the 'Join Newsletter' checkbox on /contact regardless of permissions. (line 58 - 6.x-2.3)
I've not checked 3.x dev but may be the same.
