When a new user registers through facebok and they invite their friends they are limited to only four friends. How do I change this?

This appears to be a limitation imposed by Facebook. See http://forum.developers.facebook.com/viewtopic.php?id=30560 for other folks complaining about the same issue.

The developers wiki also has info http://wiki.developers.facebook.com/index.php/Fb:multi-friend-selector. There is an attribute you can add to the Fb:multi-friend-selector tag called 'max' which allows you set the maximum number of invites, but practically speaking it only appears to be useful for reducing the limit.

There doesn't appear to be much that this module can do about increasing friend invites, so efforts should probably be directed at Facebook directly if you wish to change that.

same issue here.
apparently facebook has a limit for relatively new apps that don't have very many users yet. once your site/app has more facebook people and friends inviting each other, the number should rise. i dont know what the max is, but this person says it maxes up at 20 maybe?

There are always small number of max invites for new apps (3 or 4). This number will
be increased step by step by sending invites from user to user to max 20.
