Ok I am new to drupal, and so far, I've stumbled my way through to successfully creating a site and having a pretty good idea of how it is operating. That is, until I came across this issue. I posted this in the general supoprt forum and was told to download the dev version. I have done that, updated, and now I still am in the same situation..

The dev version contains a new option on it's blocks for the ad alignment.. Configure the block, and place it in the header area, and you should be done.

If this is not what you're looking for, can you detail your problem a bit more?
