I have experienced that moved Module Menus don´t show up under the Project Administration in the Administration Menu.
They do show up when the Project Administration Content is shown in a node (Content= the links there still have the admin/settings/ link in them), so i know that they are there, but in the Administration Menu they seem to stay under Settings (admin/settings) and not under project administration (admin/project). I am not quite shure if i maybe simply missed to set things right up, but there are no errors thrown and all modules work as they are.

So maybe someone can have a look at this or tell me where to find a howto if this is no bug?

Marking as duplicate of #276751: Allow to alter/customize/add links in administration menu. You can follow up on that issue instead to track its status. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
