Invalid Argument for Views & Common

Help!
I searched on Drupal for similar issues and found 2.

First of all my errors are as follows:
www.homatherapypoland.org (polish/english)

* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /mnt/local/home/oriontransmissions/www.homatherapypoland.org/sites/all/modules/views/includes/handlers.inc on line 807.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /mnt/local/home/oriontransmissions/www.homatherapypoland.org/includes/common.inc on line 1597.

The issues I found that were similar are dealing with Taxonomy, PathAuto. Which could very well be what is causing the above errors. Earlier we made some changed with taxonomy because our "Ubercart" is only available in Polish, for the moment. It was originally created in English and we changed only "Catalog" taxonomy to Polish --temporarily.
After this we received the above errors.

I tried to change the Catalog Taxonomy back to English- then re-cached the page.
I tried to disable PathAuto thinking that maybe that can help. Nothing.

So I am at a loss how to troubleshoot this, really.
