Why do I choose Drupal+Drigg

securer, flexible&tons of modules, that's enough, you may see more from Meric(the founder of Drigg) 's article How do Drigg and Pligg compare?

The modules we use for webmasterclip.com

4.User karma

5.Imagecache

6.Pathauto

7.String Overrides

Is diffIult to build a digg-like website based on Drupal+Drigg?

no,it is easy! you even no need to write one line of code

Issues

There are few compatibility issues for Safari , Opera & IE7 ,I will kick them out on next weekend.

What can I do for you

I hope I can help you, though I am a beginner for Drupal too.If you have problem on building digg-like website based on Drupal+Drigg, please contact me,I will try my best to help you.

It is pure open-source tools' product
because I built this website on Ubuntu and all the tools I used are open-source~ System: Ubuntu CMS:Drupal graphic design:Gimp CSS+html:Kompozer ,gedit& Firebug . I have been used to using those free &powerful open-source tools.

Nice site,. excellent header as well.
I would like to advice to try changing the drigg button to vote. Green doesn't go well with blue shades. Just give it something more subtle,,might eb sliver. just give it a try.

Its a nice design.
Which version of Drupal you are using???
Also how are you managing the images (screenshots) of websites home page in your posts full node view.
Actually i am looking for a functionality so that if a user enters a website url in the url field and clicks screenshot capture button provided, then it will create a thumbnail of the webpage located at the url provided and save it on the local server and display this thumbnail in the post display page.
Thanks for your response.

thanks,

I am using Drupal 5.x for WebmasterClip, and I am going to upgrade it to D 6.x

I am managing the screenshots by http://www.websnapr.com/ service,by alternate, you may try http://www.shrinktheweb.com 's screenshot service as well.If you don't want to use those third party screenshot services, you have to have your own server and install relevant screenshot apps.

Thanks for your response!!
I have found one more link for this type of service-
http://www.snap.com

I have found that you are using websnapr.com. But that provides only hyperlinks which pops-up such thumb nails on hovering only . Could you please tell me how you are achieving that??
