Menu Block Name Translation

Hello Drupalers,
Little problem when translating interface from english to french.
With translation table module or the search tool in "Translate Interface", i can translate menu items, but i can't translate the menu name.
How can i translate menu's names ?

Actually, the better solution
Actually, the better solution is to create one block per language. My opinion... or you have to wait someone work on it, go see the i18n issues :)
create one block per language --> not for menu's block
menu's create block. It will have node's title being translated accordingly. I would have Views menu assigned to this menu's block.
Creating regular block will not solve this particular problem. instead I use Menu Block module. Similarly, now you have two blocks, but refers to the same menu(which are translated by other means).
However, when first creating "menu block", the language options is not available. Only after block is created and then click configure, you'll see the option and it work accordingly.
