collaborate with other similar modules

Issue Summary

Here is a comment of mine aiming to gather all developers of browser support related modules:

PS. That way if we collaborate the missing maintainer problem will be solved.

I am now the maintainer of this module, happy to collaborate with anyone. It's a tad ridiculous that there are four modules doing the same thing.
