Workflow edit doesn't work

Description
After creating workflow with states, when I try to assign which states which role can move nodes ( "Edit" workflow operation ) and press "save" nothing happens - I get same edit page,fresh and clean, without any warnings or errors.
I get this both on latest stable and dev releases

Ah. The problem is actually with workflow_owner module. If I disable it, problem disappears.
