Use the RDF module to create form elements to specific mime-type mapping. This will appear in the form that drops down after first submitting the 'add file' button.

We've decided to avoid forcing the complexity of RDF on users with #377066: Meta-Data Plan and Structure.

A bridge module will be relatively easy to write up between metadata and RDF, but it currently falls out of scope for this project, or at least not on the near-term horizon.
