I've made tremendous progress and now have a set of forms & taxonomy setup that display as a calendar using Views. I want admin & board level to be able to add content at all times but I've created a user type called Ride Leader that I want to be able to login, complete the event form and then have that content not appear until approved. I've added the module and activated it and completed the configuration but I'm clueless what else I need to do to make this work. I've been searching and reading but haven't found anything that explains the process. Sorry if I'm being stupid. A link to directions would be greatly appreciated.
site is at http://www.criticalmassjazz.com
I've established a testing login just for this form if you need it.
Thanks,
Sheila

PS...I really am a newbie! I finally found the readme.txt and that has helped a little. I finally found the moderate content section of Content Management. But I'm still not getting it entirely. It could be because we're using the site somewhat differently then most do. The only people who can be registered and login are admin, board and ride leader each with a unique set of permissions. the Ride Leader can only access the ride submission form. I want to moderate that. But I'm getting the sense from the readme that because I've given them permission to post I won't SEE the moderate option. So maybe my question is how do I give them access to SUBMIT the form but have it not be posted until an admin APPROVES it? Am I using the wrong tool or not understanding how it works or what?
Thanks,
Sheila
PS...is it OK to post this here or should I be in the general support forum?

OK...I found where to add the moderation requirement in Workflow for the form and the module seemed to work as expected. Except now my question is this... I'm assuming the content doesn't display until approved. But since I'm admin it does show on the calendar but with the red moderate message, correct? I can't tell how it's working when not logged in because NONE of my calendar entries are displaying when not logged in. I'm trying to figure that issue out as well. Is there a way that entries made by admin can NOT need to be moderated on the same form that others submit and need moderation?

This module does not prevent display per-se, only listing. It should not appear in a calendar for non-admins.
