Issue Summary
I was trying to use the quick mod tools and cannot seem to get them working. I changed the forum alias to go to "forums" instead of "phpbbforum". Everything is working fine except the quick mod tools. If I go to a forum topic and then go down to the quick mod tools and try to move it, it gives me a "cannot find this page" error. However if go to the forums and then go to admin control panel and go back to the forum topic and go to mod tools and move it, it works fine. Any ideas on what is going on?

When it gives you a "cannot find this page" error, what is the URL?

The url is "http://mysite.com/forums/mcp.php&f=38&t=89&quickmod=1&redirect=http://mysite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=89&start=0&confirm_key=3VTOYP8CRE". I have set up all the url aliases before anyone asks. Everything else is working fine just not the quick mod tools. I can go to a post and click moderator control panel and move it but for some reason the quick mod tools just isnt working.
