I need to be able to flag revisions. As far as I know, Flag does not provide this functionality and I cannot find a module that will allow me to do this.

Is there anyway I can assign flags to individual revisions?

It's not currently possible. But adding this feature is as easy as adding support for flagging terms and files. See my new comment here.

I think this feature fits into the same category as flagging any other type of object (files, taxonomy terms, etc.) Flag module is already expansive enough with built-in support for nodes, comments, and users. The ability to flag node revisions should be added as a separate module.
