Nightly development snapshot from CVS branch: DRUPAL-6--2

Developers only! You should be using the stable 6.x-1.x releases for production sites.
This is the development snapshot for the new 2.x branch. Only folks who want to help test should be using this. You must also install the very latest development versions of CTools, Views, Author Pane (2.x), and Nodecomment (2.x). At this point, it is known to be broken without Nodecomment/Views so please don't bother filing issues on that.
There are no docs, yet, on upgrading 1.x styles to work with 2.x.
