LUG Belgrade (www.linux-beograd.org.yu) has translated Drupal 4.6 version, so here it is. There are probably some spell errors, and some words are left on English, but most stuff is OK.

Description on Serbian lanuguage:

LUG Beograd (www.linux-beograd.org.yu) je preveveo Drupal 4.6 verziju. Verovatno ima jezičkih grešaka, i neke reči su ostavljene na engleskom, ali većina stvari je dobra.
