Support thumbnail in admin view

It would be nice to see support for thumbnails in the admin view. Currently users select the image from IMCE which is pretty high res for a slideshow I use. As it uses the full size image you can't really rearrange the images as its too high in it's dimensions. I am sure other people must have come across this problem before.

An example of how this works can be seen in the CCK Image field where when you upload an image directly it only displays the thumb in the admin view.

Ideally it would be nice to select an imageCache preset it will use to display the image in the admin view so you could customize it.
