Hi there

I have installed the Mollom module and had it running for a few months. However, it simply just not block Webfrom entries which are obvisiously spam (sexual content). When I look at the stats it seems to place everything as ham.

In addition I do not seem to see the same screen shot as in the hendbook http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/mollom ie. in my installation - below spam protection settings - I see just three paras and then straight into the checkboxes - no protect comment form etc - see screenshot.

Where am I going wrong and how do I set up correcly?

Thanks for your help

I have just installed the free version of Mollom for Drupal 5.x. I am also seeing the less detailed Mollom set up page.

Is this normal for version 5.x? Do you not have the option of captcha challenges for the free version of Mollum?

Looking at the tutorial on the Mollum support page, it doesn't say whether this screen shot is for 6.x only, non free, etc.

Hi there

I do not have the options for captcha challenges. However, over the next few days I will be trialing Mollom for D6 to see if the control panel looks any different.

I just started using 6.x-1.7 with D6.10 and it isn't marking spam for the life of me for a custom content type. I am anonymous and very blatant spam tests go right through everytime! In the logs it says it went to Mollom and it was marked as Ham.

Same problem here. I got it to work once with a comment as a "maybe" and it presented me with a captcha. If I set it to only use captcha it works all the time.

Something is real buggy right now and I can't figure it out.

I can confirm the same experience.
Here are some examples of titles of content marked by Mollom as ham:

pamela anderson tommy lee sex tape , watch britney spears sex tape
see lindsay lohan sex tape, ray j sex tape
paris hilton free sex tape , kim kardashian sex tape
etc.

Same as #775412: Make it more obvious that form submissions from user 1 are not filtered but the other has more specific info and doesn't span multiple versions.

If it's just a matter of some words not being in the spam filters, there's supposed to be a report link somewhere for that. The actual bug appears to be problems rejecting messages that are detected as spam.
