Some pages don't render properly when admin menu is enabled when using right to left languages and only on IE browsers.

We need much more info here. What kind of pages? Can you do screenshots? Also, does it also happen with a plain Drupal install and only admin_menu enabled (i.e. no other modules)? Does it also happen in a stock Drupal core theme like Garland?
