Poll Translation with collective results

Description
When you translate polls it will create totally independent parallel polls rather than translating the choices only. This make it insufficient to collect results for the same poll but different user languages. The idea is to allow users with different native language to understand what they are voting for.
Is it possible to make this happen in advance poll to allow a single result form many different interfaces of the same poll?
