It is definitely possible to build something like this in Drupal; however, if you need to ask what modules to use, I suspect that you don't have the skill or knowledge yet to build something like this. This would be a very complex site to build, even for a professional Drupal developer with years of experience.
You would probably require CCK & Views, along with imagecache and it's related modules. However, a lot of this would require you to develop your own modules using the Drupal API.

You can't describe how to build what probably cost tens of thousands of dollars and took thousands, if not tens of thousands, of man hours to build-- in a forum post. It has to be a joke.
