A better description didn't hurt anyone, especially when we are "talking" about a shared item like a module....

Security module helps to check and ensure the security of Drupal installation.
Currently it checks and shows on Status report page:
* Whether .htaccess file exists and is valid in files directory.
* Whether Drupal core files and contributions are secured by proper file permissions.

Ok for hook_help()?
