With #397682: Let mappers declare mapping targets committed, descriptions show up no matter whether mapper is available or not.

Before, descriptions where only listed if their mapper was available. This has led to confusions. Let's group available mappers and not available mappers and let's grey out the not available ones.

We should do this before the next release.
