remove version information from the .info file

Description
When checking out from CVS, the .info file reports that the latest official release (1.3 at this writing) is out of date, because the .info file says it's a developmental version. Removing this will make the Drupal 6 update system realize it's up to date, and the Drupal.org bundler will add version information as appropriate.
