Is there a way to Republish all content in one GO. coz my teaser length is changes and I have more than 3000 nodes

there is a module but its not availbale for 6.x

There's a dev version of that for D6. Try it on a test site and see if it's usable, perhaps?

it seems to be unstable,,

"Re-tease totally mucked up everything related to blocks - it nuked most (but not all), dropped them down to "unused" and disappeared any custom display PHP. Very weird."

I saw that too... I totally fail to see how a module that alters nodes can affect blocks! check the code to be sure, but it sounds to me like that issue poster has a problem somewhere else!
