Decisions settings, date, month

Hello

each time i create or modifiy a decision, the month in decision settings starting and ending date is not correct.
When i create one, the month is each time January, and when i modify a decision, the date is January again, so if i don't pay attention to the date, it creates a big miss :p

However, the other elements (day number, year) are correct :)
