CCKase tracker doesn't lock nodes from being renamed.

However if a nodetype gets renamed its Settings get lost:
/admin/settings/cckasetracker

Either block the rename or update settings on nodeapi call.

CCKasetracker doesn't lock nodes, the same as OG module doesn't lock them.
Updating settings is the right thing to do here (patchs welcome).
