It's really strange, all my nodes or taxonomy overidden with module panels are redirected to faq_ask form /node/add/faq?ask=true
Regular nodes or taxonomy not overidden are not concerned by this bug.

Inside my panel page I use views pane with taxonomy id arguments maybe it's related.

the problem is not related to panels or views, but with the inclusion of FAQ ASK block, as soon as I include it on panel page or in any region of theme, all pages are redirected to ask form even administration pages. So I need to remove this version of ask_module to make mywebsite working again...It's maybe a problem of upgrade to the last version of this module ?

Almost one year later the same bug is still present...

Nancy will you make a new version of the FAQ ASK block ? Or do we have to find another way to ask question block ?

I reexplain the problem maybe it wasn't clear, as soon as we use the block FAQ ask in region (or in panel) the page is redirected to ASK form(because code changed since 6.2.X)
This block was present and working in 6.1.X

The patch uploaded in #198828: Notify Asker on answer will fix this issue. Please test.
