contexthelp 6.x-1.0-rc4

This is RC4 of the context help module on the final way too 1.0 branch. This is an additional feature release for the module.

One outstanding issue http://drupal.org/node/436070 will be addressed in the 1.0 release of the module and the code did not make it into this rc4 release.

Feature Addition:
- #433514 added the ability for the module to add a class too the contexthelp dialog when
there is currently help available for that particular page.
Added the ability for administrators to decide whether or not too show the help button
if the "Current Page" does not have any help associated with it.
