Hi, Could someone kindly help me resolve this. I've not been able to upgrade from Filefield 6.x - 3.0 beta1 to rc1 or even the latest Filefield 6.x - 3.0. Whenever I upgrade, I get a white screen of death.
Any help would be much appreciated, my website is www.embroideryhearts.com.

Phew I've finally resolved this. As follows:

1) Ensure I had the latest CCK
2) Go to 'update' page first
3) uploaded the latest version
4) then click 'update'

then it all worked!

Maybe I did not 'update' it after uploading previously, but it was a blank screen, so I didn't know how to update it then.

I had the same problem and after the have done this, I got
"Image_f (field_image_cache) is an inactive File field that uses a imagefield_widget widget.
Image_g (field_image_g) is an inactive File field that uses a imagefield_widget widget ".
What do I do now?

Visit the modules page and turn back on ImageField and FileField. If they're already enabled you may need to set the "active" column to 1 in the content_node_field table in your database. I'm closing this issue directly due to its age, please file a new issue if you are experiencing this problem with the latest releases.
