Description
Using -dev packages on drupal-6.10 and viewing with firefox-3.0.8. could this be related to running lighttpd? I have checked permissions on image destination path and it all is writable by the lighttpd server. This 400 bad request is not happening without this module by the way.

Lighttpd should work normally. Do you activated secure_site module?

Myself, I have lighttpd running, so it works!
Please, give a more detailed description of your configuration (lighttpd, php, user permissions in drupal, etc.), otherwise I am not able to help you.

Thanks here is more detailed info, Attached is my php.ini,lighttpd.conf and readout of drupal / permissions. I tried to set permissions for the whole image_fupload folder so that lighttpd could write to it but that didn't work. I hope you can spot the problem because I don't see it.
