I have a Page node being used as commenting facility. The intention was to let authenticated users post comments within the page without moderation but to require anonymous users to have their comments subjected to a moderation process. Unfortunately Administration/Content Management/Comments/Approval Queue shows no comments requiring approval even when comments have been submitted by anonymous users.

Any ideas or help would be most appreciated.
