In the links on body view where you have Original Thumbnail Preview
Thumbnail shows a href of http://home/xxxl/file_downloads/images/_mg_5507_1.thumbnail.jpg

Custom Preset and the other ones are fine.
Perhaps an module update failed in some way? Not sure how to fix it. It is easy enough to clone and hide this preset.

Another bug found, preset names can not be changed once set. namename?size=thumb
will always stay thumb even if you change the label in the image ui.
Unless perhaps these bugs are inherited from old versions of this module.

The size query parameter references the internal preset name, not the label.

Also, unlike ImageCache and other modules/tools, each image of Image module has a custom set of derivative image sizes, which may technically stay forever, unless deleted.
