Double Background Images?

I am having a problem with PNG Fix working on my site. When I apply PNG Fix to .block to fix the background image, it seems to be doubling the image under the block header in IE7. This results in a darker than desired background image. You can see what I am talking about @ www.getbroken.com. The strange thing is, if you hover over the more link, the background changes to the correct color.
Any ideas on a fix?
