I have setup my site with an administrator role that has full access to all functions of all nodes. For some reason though, the users assigned to this role are not allowed to edit most of the posted nodes, but there are a few they are allowed to edit. All of the nodes were created by the same user (my site admin account).

Does anyone know of a something that I may be overlooking here?

Do you have any additional modules installed? Some of the permissions-based modules may have locked your "administrator" role out.

Did you use the admin role module for assigning user role to be an admin? Check your permissions, if you have installed other module.

Thanks for the quick input. It seems to have been the first suggestion- I had recently installed image assist, and had forgotten to set permissions for it. As soon as I got that set, it now works. I will definately take a look at the admin role module though- it looks like it would probably make my life a lot easier.
