I'm using 6.11 and getting the same thing. I can't figure out if there is a pattern. It happens sometimes and doesn't happen sometimes. Oi oi.

Same here. It did not happen on initial comment, but it does happen when replying to an existing comment. D6.10 here.

One more having this issue. Seems to happen arbitrarily.

Let me add:

  1. I changed the default to an input filter that does not have an editor assigned to it. Therefore, this is not a wysiwyg induced error.
  2. Results are the same with release and dev versions.
  3. The error is not browser specific. It occurs with FF, Opera, Seamonkey and Konqueror.
  4. This seems to occur only on replies.

Having the same problem, although I am using eaccelerator and authcache so I am wondering if cacheing has anything to do with it?

Sorry, my English is very poor.

It can be connected with

$form['submit']['#value'] = 'example';

in your module.

I'm having the same problem: /ajax_comments/js when replying

Well I'm reasonably sure this is the same thing as this #412368: array_shift error in ajax_comments.module
