redeclare template error

I reverted back to 6.2.2. When I log out and then go back to the site the following error shows up....
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare template_preprocess_securesite_user_login() (previously declared in /home3/site/public_html/modules/securesite/securesite.inc:451) in /home3/site/public_html/modules/securesite/theme/securesite.theme.inc on line 18
If I close the browser window, clear the cache and then go back everything works fine.
