I am getting the following error message when trying to set up a file alias:

warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(../../../Page/attachment/BEBF_lowres.pdf) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/php5testaccount:/usr/local/lib/php) in /home/php5testaccount/testbed/graham_test/sites/all/modules/filefield/filefield_field.inc on line 248.

I don't get any error message back if I leave the alias field blank and just set up a tokenized file path, but have got this error message back with all of the token patterns I insert in the alias field (have tried a few variations).

I am using the following set up:

File Aliases 6.x-1.x-dev
FileField Paths 6.x-1.1
CCK 6.x-2.2
Drupal 6.10

This would be a very useful module for us so I am happy to continue trying to test it.

Thanks,
Graham

Hi Graham,

I must apologize for the lack of a reply, 3 weeks is way to long.
I haven't had much time for File Aliases lately as I've been trying to push out some of modules, I will try to make some time soon to look into this very soon.

Cheers,
Deciphered.
