Ability to alter Weblinks:Page Title without over-riding the function

Description
It would be nice to be able to change the title of the Weblinks Main Page without overriding the links_weblink_page_form function. It seems overkill and may be more of a hassle when updates happen; in an over-ride other things might change in that function and could break the weblinks module. So I have resorted to just hacking the original code which would only loose the title on update. To be able to set that title from the admin screen would be a logical evolution IMO.
