Users can't see the block! - no permissions to check for?

Only the Admin is able to see the block and any other user is unable to.
I have checked and unchecked the options in the block settings with no change.
I am assuming this is due to the permissions, however I can't find any permission setting for Similar entries. What name should I look for?

Otherwise the module works great for me, the administrator. Thank you!
